With the introduction of the Government’s Feed in Tariff* for solar PV to commence April 2010, you will now get
41.3p for every kilowatt of electricity your PV system produces. For any electricity you generate but don’t use,
this can then be sold to the electricity grid and you will get an additional 3p per kilowatt.
The Feed in Tariff is indexed linked for 25 years, and if it is installed on a domestic property (i.e. your home),
than the income on this is tax free.
